01 Operating Principles

How I think, before I build.

  1. Architecture first

    Reusable systems outlast any single project. The centralized AI orchestration service I built at SAHAB was designed to be reused across multiple products from day one, not retrofitted later.

  2. Production over demos

    AI systems that only work in controlled environments are not finished. I build for load, for edge cases, for guardrails, prompt-injection detection, output validation, token limits, and cost-aware routing included.

  3. Frontend as the AI surface

    The model is invisible to the user. The interface is not. I treat the Angular components, data streams, and UX flows that deliver AI output as first-class engineering, not an afterthought.

  4. Honest about contribution

    Impact is always collaborative. I contributed to AI-EMS capabilities associated with reducing urgent-case ambulance response time from 23 to 12 minutes, alongside a team, inside a complex system.
